Managed add-on · Enterprise recommended

Access by identity, not by network.

Traditional VPNs put remote users on your network and trust them once they're in. Zero trust access flips that: every connection to every application is checked against who the user is, the health of their device and where they are, and people only ever reach the apps they need.

What you get

Secure access from anywhere, to only what you need.

SASE brings networking and security together in the cloud, close to your users. We design the policies, connect your applications and manage the platform, so remote and hybrid access is both simpler for staff and much harder to abuse.

Identity-aware access

Every connection is tied to the user's Microsoft 365 identity and multi-factor authentication, checked continuously.

Device posture checks

Only managed, healthy devices get through. Out-of-date or unknown devices are blocked or given limited access.

Per-application access

Users reach specific internal apps through the browser or a lightweight client, never the whole network.

Secure web gateway

Filter risky sites and downloads for users wherever they work, without hauling traffic back to the office.

Reduced attack surface

Internal applications are no longer exposed to the internet, removing a common target for attackers.

Visibility & logging

Detailed access logs show who connected to what and when, ready for your SIEM and compliance reporting.

FAQ

Quick questions, quick answers.

Why is this Enterprise recommended?
Zero trust depends on strong identity, managed devices and continuous monitoring, all part of the Enterprise plan. We can review other environments on request.
Do we have to get rid of our VPN straight away?
No. Most clients migrate application by application, running both side by side until the VPN is no longer needed.
Will it work for our on-premises applications?
Yes. A lightweight connector publishes internal apps securely without opening inbound firewall ports.
Is it harder for staff to use?
Usually it's easier. Staff sign in with their normal Microsoft 365 account and go straight to their apps, without connecting a VPN first.
