Is the audit really free?
Yes. There's no cost and no obligation to become a client afterwards. We review what you tell us and, where useful, your current environment, then hand back a written set of recommendations.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing. If we need read-only access to a tool or a network diagram to give better recommendations, we'll ask for it on the call, and it's always optional.
Will I get a hard sales pitch?
No. The call is a conversation about your environment and goals. If we think we can help, we'll say so and what it would look like; if we don't think we're the right fit, we'll say that too.
